What ingredients do you use in your chocolates?

We use high-quality couverture chocolate, and fresh ingredients to create our chocolates. We are committed to offering quality in every bite. 

How should I store my chocolates?

To maintain freshness, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Aim for a cozy 15-18°C home for them. If it's really reallllyyy hot, store them in the fridge, remove from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature before opening the packaging and diving in. 

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?

Unfortunately, we do not offer vegan or dairy-free options at this stage. 

How can I place a custom order?

Head over to our Custom Orders page, fill out the form, or contact us directly. We'll create something special just for you. 

What is your return policy?

We do our best to ensure that the chocolates are packaged well. However, since the chocolates are perishables, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on damage that may occur once it leaves our hands. 

What is your delivery process?

We use overnight delivery (for deliveries outside of Jhb and surrounds) to ensure that your chocolate and confections are not sitting in the courier truck or warehouse for an extended period of time. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If your order is placed after 12pm, your order will only be processed on the next business day.  

Can I find your chocolates in store?

We do not currently retail our chocolates, but we do pop-up at markets and events every now and then. Check our Events/ Pop-Ups page for the latest scoop.
